The Rack Price Import
option is a great time and error saver. It updates Commander's fuel price files in A/P directly from DTN® or AXXIS®
transmissions. Rack prices can be updated multiple times daily and
this process can be automated.

Cross-reference files are set up for the following: Vendor price files Racks/pickup points Products (handles branded and unbranded product from the same vendor at the same rack)  Can set up a c.p.g. amount which will be added to or subtracted from the transmitted price Import multiple batches in minutes Validate price file Allows for corrections to rack prices prior to posting Posting updates the fuel price files Keep an unlimited number of prices per product, per day Reads rack prices based on date and time of day Report can be run by city or by customer |
