Enter shift (or daily) reports for
fuel, merchandise, expenses, and other income (lottery sales, ATM
commissions, etc.) Enter receipts of store merchandise Re-set a meter after replacement Add miscellaneous items to a retail location’s settlement  See in graphical or numeric form: Fuel sales and/or profit for any period on the system Fuel cost for any period on the system UST set-ups Meter set-ups Expense amounts for any period on the system Identify a station by brand, territory, salesman, and type Identify what product goes in each UST Each UST can have its own freight table Set up UST tilt factors, reserve gallons, and blending formulas Set up each meter’s commission scheme Set up each site’s merchandise, expenses, and other income categories Unlimited number of retail merchandise departments Each dept can have one of three inventory types: Regular -- both cost and retail are kept Deli -- inventory kept at cost only No inventory -- sales only, no inventory or COGS Each department can have unlimited numbers of sub-categories (generic cigarettes, premium cigarettes, etc.) Each sub-category can have its own cost/retail ratio Unlimited number of commission types Commission formulas are assignable down to meter level Variable rates depending on sales volume and time elapsed Aggregate fuel by grade for commission calculation purposes, or just assign meter-by-meter Any conceivable commission scheme can be handled Commission amounts can be deducted from dealer invoices or accrued for lump sum payment |
