Document Distribution will enable you to save documents as snapshots and then distribute them electronically, by fax or email (and eventually by posting to a customer service web portal).
The sending method can be tailored to each recipient's preference.
You will be able to automatically send: wholesale invoices, dealer invoices, customer EFT notices, customer statements and credit card batch reports.
The Document Distribution module will be available in the first quarter of 2012.
