Attention AIMS Payroll Software Users

For COMPAS 7.0 and COMPAS 8.0 Payroll software users, there will be no programming changes if you are filing paper W2's or paper 1099-MISC for the payroll year ending in 2011.  However, if you are filing W2s electronically (EFW2), there will be a change.  We will be sending out a Payroll upgrade that can be installed any time before the end of the year.  The End of Year procedures will be sent to you as soon as the IRS publishes Circular E with 2011 tax rates.  This is usually done around December 15th. 

Document Distribution module for COMPAS Commander


You're always looking for ways to run your business more efficiently.  An effective document management and delivery system will allow you to store, categorize, search and distribute key documents in a matter of minutes.  The new Document Management Delivery system for COMPAS Commander will enable you to automate the exchange of important business documents among customers, business partners and suppliers.  It will provide powerful storage, categorization and search capabilities.  Document Distribution will enable you to save documents as snapshots and then distribute them electronically, by fax or email (and eventually by posting to a customer service web portal).

The sending method can be tailored to each recipient's preference.

You will be able to automatically send: wholesale invoices, dealer invoices, customer EFT notices, customer statements and credit card batch reports.

The Document Distribution module will be available in the first quarter of 2012.
