are aware that AIMS soon plans to roll out a Customer Web Portal
feature that will let them post such things as customer invoices,
price quotes and EFT notices on the web for retrieval by their
customers "24X7."

Commander users, your Customer Web Portal is planned! Work
we are doing now to Commander's new document archive feature will
provide the origin of the customer documents that the Commander web
portal will host.
Instead of
digging out lost invoices or credit card settlement reports and
re-sending them to a customer, just direct your customer to your
Customer Web Portal and let them find and download the documents
they need. They will appreciate the greater ease of doing
business with you due to the modernization of your ability to give
them the information they need.

Station Fuel
Inventory Report: You run this report by fiscal period.
It will show, for each product at a particular company-owned or
consigned location, the calculated average cost, the beginning quantity at the
start of that fiscal period, quantity of product received, quantity
sold, adjusted quantity, quantity transferred in or out, quantity
blended into or out of, and the ending inventory. It will also
show the dollar value of your ending inventory.
Station Fuel
Profit by Date: You can run this report by date range.
It shows, for each fuel product, the quantity sold, the monetary
value of the sold product, the average retail price per gallon,
total COGS, cost per gallon, total profit and the profit per gallon
for each sale.
Station Fuel
Sales: You can select up to four product groups (for
example, diesel, gasoline, ethanol, bio) and then select the fiscal
period. It will show you the total quantity sold, the gross
profit on sales and the profit per gallon.
These reports,
and several more retail location fuel performance reports, are
available in both COMPAS 8.0 and COMPAS Commander in the Service
Station Reports group.
Need to add a
temporary user?
If the occasion
ever requires you to need additional users, temporarily, for your
AIMS system, AIMS will be happy to work with you in this way:
You purchase the additional user license at its normal price.
You have two months to utilize the new user license. If you
contact AIMS and request de-activation of the new license within two
months, AIMS will issue you full credit on the user license.
Keep in mind that
adding a new user to COMPAS 8.0, AUTOSEND, AUTOSIR and
COMPAS Commander will also involve minor software acquisitions for
runtimes or access licenses as the case may be. Expenditures
for required system software are not refundable, but such
expenditures are minor compared to the price of the AIMS user
license.

In mid-December,
CFN announced changes in the format of its PT file. The stated
deadline for commencement of the use of the new PT file format is
April 1, 2010.
Be assured that
AIMS is on top of the situation and will make the programming
changes necessary for compliance with the new CFN file format.
This work will be done under the terms of your current User
License Agreement and there will be no surcharges to your
company from AIMS.
