The first of a series of 15- to 20-minute webinars showcasing various features and functionality within COMPAS Commander is scheduled for Wednesday, November 16.  Our first webinar will feature COMPAS Commander's Sales Order Entry feature.  Although sales order entry (customer invoicing) is part of the core Commander system and it is far from a minor part of the system, it has many features that you might not be aware of.  Spend 20 minutes of your time on November 16th and expand your knowledge of the flexibility and user-friendly details that this set of programs provides.

There is no charge to attend this webinar.  Reserve your seat early!  Arrah Hargus and Travis Roberts will be the presenters.  You will need Internet connection and a telephone.  Invitations to the webinar will be sent by email to our entire customer base.  Within the email will be a link you will use to register.  It's easy to do and only takes a minute.

We plan on the presentation of features to take approximately 15 minutes, leaving 5 to 10 afterwards for Arrah and Travis to take your questions.

Yet another reminder for our COMPAS Commander customers that your Commander system has been upgraded with over 150 Help documents and over 30 demonstration videos.  If you have not browsed the contents of the Help system yet, carve out some time and see what's in it.  We think you will be pleased.

The release of the "Knowtify" module for COMPAS Commander is imminent.  Think of Knowtify as a smoke alarm for your business.  Knowtify will pro-actively alert you and any designated staff members as soon as any of 35 events occur within COMPAS Commander.  For example, if a customer invoice is created that contains a product being sold for less than cost or for less than your minimum margin, you will be notified immediately by email or IM.  This "invisible assistant" will monitor transactions in Commander--in real time--and alert you when an exception to your business rules occurs--again, in real time.  You won't have to review reports after the fact that show exceptions, you'll be alerted as they happen, when they are easier to fix.
