Network Card Processing-Marketer Accounting Module

Overview
For marketers who are affiliated with Pacific Pride or CFN and who need a full complement of features to control a variety of pricing plans, invoicing, customer activity reporting and tax reporting, AIMS created the Network Card Processing sub-module. The Network Card Processing sub-module only works when the primary COMPAS Card Lock module is in place! (The primary COMPAS Card Lock module is for proprietary cardlock operations.)

Assign cards to customers’ accounts; each card can carry PIN#, card type code, status code (active, inactive, lost, etc.) department code and more

Vehicle cards, if used, make the system calculate taxes on sales based on vehicle type or vehicle purpose

10 levels, user configurable; assigned to driver cards

Allows card grouping:
Ex. by tax group: federal exempt, state exempt, agricultural, etc.

Domestic transactions: by card, product and date
Foreign/remote customer purchases: by card, product and date
