Holmes Oil Company

Located in Bessemer, Ala., Holmes was established in 1945 and is currently branded BP, ConocoPhillips, Citgo, Liberty and Texaco with delivers to 41 retail locations. Holmes Oil also distributes Citgo lubricants.

Before AIMS: Holmes had several different programs running separately to support the company's daily operations, which proved to be counterproductive.

After AIMS: In addition to reducing operating expenses and staff, the company is able to track profit margins on every product they sell.
