Implementation Process

Our process for new client implementation is designed to be as efficient, seamless and effective as possible. Here is an overview of what to expect from our new client implementation process:
Discovery process - You will fill out questionnaires that provide us with the necessary details to understand the nuances of your business. Such issues as GL structure and account naming are ironed out during this pre-installation discovery phase.  Pre-installation discovery can take place on site but usually can be handled via the telephone and or web conferencing.
File-building - Together, your selected project leaders and our lead trainer will gather data from your existing system for conversion.  When the training phase begins all you are responsible for is the input of current balances. We will set up GL, tax tables, products, customers and vendors.  This relieves your staff and reduces disruption to your business.

Best practice procedures - Our trainer will spend two weeks at your site training staff and helping them verify the accuracy of the file-building done by AIMS.  By combining set-up validation with on-site training, your staff is better prepared for the role as users and the successful implementation of our software is confirmed.  The effective use of our products requires shared responsibility; our best practice procedures set the foundation for that.

Smooth transitioning - We understand that transition can be overwhelming.  That's why it is our policy to provide at least 20 hours of residual training time at no additional charge.  This training is typically delivered via web conferencing.

Process Automation Modules - We distinguish between the core functionality of our software and those of optional modules that you may want to add on to your system.  We will provide additional residual support time primarily for Process Automation Module training.  This training is typically delivered by web conferencing.

Training Options - We offer classroom-style training at our home office, as well as Internet-based and on-site training.  A combination of any of these methods can also be used for any future training.  You can talk to your sales representative or trainer about these alternative options.

Re-Training - Staff changes are inevitable when operating a successful business.  Our trainers are always available for on-site or telecommunications-based training services for your new personnel.
Best Practices Tune-Up -  We are well-equipped to help your operation re-focus periodically on getting the most out of your AIMS system by using it the way it was designed to be used.  An AIMS trainer will come on site from two to five days to ensure that your team is following "best practice" procedures.
